Erin Soto
Founder/Principal Coach

Erin Soto (MPA, PCC) is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of global experience. As a senior Foreign Service officer for USAID, Erin has lived and worked in Latin America, Africa and Asia. She has directed U.S. Foreign Assistance programs ranging up to half a billion dollars. She has executed programs focused on national policies and systems, programs, economic reforms and negotiated bilateral agreements.

As Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science at the National Defense University, she taught executive leadership and coached rising executives across the National Security sector. As Vice President of CAMRIS International, Erin led the growth of the company and operations through systems alignment, a focus on measurement and coaching. Erin founded TLC Solutions in 2013 to enable leaders and institutions to reach their goals through coaching, facilitation, teaching, advising and leadership development methods. Erin has served as the CEO of TLC Solutions since its inception and is responsible for the overall performance of the company.  She is the author of "Sharing Secrets: A Conversation About the Counterintuitive Nature of Executive Leadership" and a sought after speaker on topics of leadership.

Maggie Soto

Ben Soto brings a wealth of experience managing logistics and housing properties and is TLC's Chief of Operations. Originally from El Salvador, he has traveled and worked in six countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Outstanding customer service and working with multicultural clients is his specialty. Mr. Soto is responsible for logistics, internal operations, travel and transportation.

Chief Information Officer/Creative Director

Maggie Soto serves as TLC's chief of staff. Maggie brings experience working with Fortune 500 companies and running operations for nonprofit organizations. She lends her strategy development, design and management skills to TLC. She is responsible for TLC's strategic direction, client outreach as well as managing a U.S. government contract. Maggie graduated from Northeastern University with B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science. Maggie has lived in seven countries and traveled internationally to more than 30. She currently resides in Arlington, VA and in her free time, she enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and volleyball.

Pedro Soto is our Chief Information Officer and Director of Creative Communication services. Pedro earned his BA from American University in Communications with a focus on film and media. He will lend his creativity and detail orientation to all communication work as well as managing a USG contract. His work includes many 3 to 5-minute videos on Leadership topics. Most recently, he has created videos for the DRG Leadership Series.  He is skilled in white-boarding, storyboarding, motion graphic design, editing and script writing. Pedro has lived in seven countries traveled internationally extensively.
